I’m a communicator and project strategist who helps big ideas thrive.

With 7+ years in health communication and strategy, I bring together real-world experience and research insights to move from promising ideas to impact.

I love working with multidisciplinary teams to clarify goals, communicate complex ideas, and collaborate across systems.

Through my consultancy, Tölva Strategy, I’ve worked with health, university, and policy clients on projects including:

My PhD explored how intermediaries communicate evidence for health policy impact. I’m especially interested in health system planning and design, knowledge mobilization, and evidence implementation.

Currently, I’m a knowledge mobilization specialist with the Bridge Research Consortium, a federally funded network of experts advancing Canada’s pandemic readiness by strengthening public trust and equitable access to vaccines.

Previously, I was with the Provincial Health Services Authority’s award-winning communications team, helping internal clients deliver specialized public health-care services across British Columbia. Before that, I worked on Cities Changing Diabetes, a cross-sector partnership initiated by Novo Nordisk to combat rising rates of diabetes through interdisciplinary collaboration.
